Western Wayne Family Health Centers was built with the community at its core. 

Since opening our first location in Inkster in 2006, our mission has been to bring accessible, quality healthcare directly into the neighborhoods that need it most. As we expanded into Taylor, Lincoln Park, and Dearborn, our focus has remained the same: to remove barriers, build trust, and create healthier communities across Western Wayne County. 

We do more than provide care inside our walls. We show up at local events, partner with organizations, host outreach programs, and connect families to the resources they need to live healthier lives. Whether it is a health fair, a mobile market, or a community event, our goal is to meet people where they are and make care feel approachable and consistent. 

Our care model brings medical, dental, and behavioral health services together, so individuals and families can receive support at every stage of life. We understand that health is not one-size-fits-all, and we are committed to treating every patient with dignity, respect, and understanding. 

Each year, we serve thousands of patients while continuing to expand our outreach and deepen our impact. We offer same day and walk in appointments because access should never be a barrier to care.
